Full Board Includes:
We keep several high-quality grains in stock to meet your horse’s needs. If your horse requires a feed that we don’t carry we will work with our local feed store to find it or a suitable substitute. Our hay is coastal. Alfalfa also available.
6:00 am – Hay or alfalfa, grain and any supplements or feed-through medications you provide
2:00 pm – Rice bran & beet pulp wet mash. This meal is ideal for horses in the hot Gulf Coast region, to ensure they are getting enough moisture into their gut to prevent impactions and dehydration. In the hot summer months we also add electrolytes in this meal. If your horse does not do well with mash, he can have his regular grain/hay meal here instead.
8:00 pm - Hay or alfalfa, grain and any supplements or feed-through medications you provide
Turnout is Monday through Friday.

Question: Why do you feed mash?
